GRM secures three more Alfa Romeos for TCR Series

Garry Rogers Motorsport has committed to purchasing another three Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR cars.

The famous Victoria race team has ordered the cars from Alfa TCR car builders Romeo Ferraris and are expecting the cars to come periodically over the course of 2019.

At this stage, GRM has no set plans on where, or who will run the cars, meaning that they could be sold or leased here in Australia or in the new TCR New Zealand Championship.

Romeo Ferraris visited Australia recently, with owner Mario Ferraris and team manager Gabriele Beretta taking in a tour of the GRM factory, as well as watching the recent round at The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia.

At this stage, there are two Alfa Romeos competing in the carsales TCR Australia Series, with Dylan O’Keeffe currently third in the driver’s standings.
