BCF PARTNERS WITH THE SUPERCHEAP AUTO BATHURST INTERNATIONAL

BCF, Australia’s leading retailer of outdoor adventure products, has partnered with the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International.

To be held from November 10-12 on the legendary Mount Panorama circuit, the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International is the grand finale of the Shannons SpeedSeries and will this year play host to the eighth and penultimate round of the Kumho TCR World Tour.

A trusted, Australian-owned retail brand, BCF provides customers with everything they need for their next boating, camping or fishing adventure, all under the one roof. Currently, BCF has a retail footprint of 157 stores spanning every Australian state and territory.

The BCF brand will feature prominently during the Bathurst International across one of the most iconic sections of the Mount Panorama circuit, with branding of the overtrack sign at Brock’s Skyline and barriers at The Esses. Additionally, the paddock campground at this year’s event will be known as the BCF Campground.

The Bathurst round of the Kumho TCR World Tour will be held in conjunction with the final round of the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series. At least nine of the world’s best TCR drivers are set to grid up alongside the likes of previous TCR Australia champions Will Brown, Tony D’Alberto and current series leader, Bailey Sweeny.

Headlining an influx of elite touring car driving talent will be previous FIA WTCR/World Touring Car champions Mikel Azcona (Spain), Yann Ehrlacher (France), Norbert Michelisz (Hungary) and Rob Huff (Great Britain).

Adding to the global flavour of the event will be the booming American-built V8 racers of the Trans Am Series, a stacked Trans-Tasman field in Gulf Western Oil Touring Car Masters and a high-speed demonstration of premium formula cars in the inaugural Open Wheel Cavalcade.

Also featuring at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International will be national race categories Kumho Tyre V8 Touring Car Series, Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge Australia and combined races for Mobil 1 Australian Production Cars and Monochrome GT4 Australia.

The Supercheap Auto Bathurst International is one of two Kumho TCR World Tour rounds scheduled to take place in Australia, following a night-race spectacular at Sydney Motorsport Park on November 3-4.

The Supercheap Auto Bathurst International will be broadcast in Australia live, ad-free and on-demand across Stan Sport over two days, with three hours of live coverage airing free-to-air on the Nine Network.
