TCR Australia Series winning Hyundais for sale
HMO Customer Racing has put its two current Hyundai i30 N TCR cars on the market.
The Sydney-based team is aiming to sell the two current cars of Will Brown and Nathan Morcom, with a view to buying two more cars for the 2020 season.
The i30 Ns have proved to be the most competitive in the field, with Brown already securing the inaugural TCR Australia Series with one round in hand.
Morcom has also enjoyed a competitive season. The Sydney driver currently sits in fifth place and is involved in a tight four-way scrap for second place that will be resolved in the final round at The Bend next month.

The team currently has two other i30 Ns in its fleet, and is fielding interest about expanding its racing interests next year.
TCR Australia rules prohibit any make from having more than five of the same cars on the grid, and team manager Scott Fulcher says that with the increased interest in TCR and the all conquering Hyundai, he is confident that the cars will move to new homes.
“We’ll buy two new cars, but only if we sell our two current cars,” said Fulcher.
“All around the world, the cars have proven to be one of the most competitive TCR cars, no matter what championship they compete in.
“We feel its the car to have. It just won the European championship, and they are such a refined, well built race car.
“HMO Customer Racing has the ability to enter more cars. Our plan is to try and enter more cars, or at least have more Hyundais racing here in Australia. And there has been some strong interest in that happening.”
The final round of the carsales TCR Australia Series will be held at The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia on November 15-17. The event will also see the first running of S5000 at the circuit, plus the final round of the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge.
